About

London Council Board

With 17 fixed administrative units that assist the LONDON COUNCIL Directorate apply respective features of the plan of action and other business needs, ten of them are staffed by volunteer associate members and seven employ members of the elected directorate.

Every fixed committee has a unit page in THE LONDON COUNCIL, and each volunteer-staffed committee has a pair of liaisons, one for the staff and one for the board. Staff liaisons help with administrative tasks and board liaisons communicate between the directorate and the committee. All voting committee members serve a term of three years which is annually renewable. Only one exception to this rule, and that is that members on the Awards Committee have a term of two years.

Each appointed representative is expected to serve on one or more committees and is encouraged to consider running for an elected office. The London Council Board utilizes an Executive Director; this person acts on behalf of the council and is headquartered in the London Council Head Office in London, England.
